It was a shock to everyone, but Team Kakashi and Team Gai were shocked most of all, who knew that Kakashi and Gai would become missing-nin, let alone partners in Akatsuki. What's got the angry and hurt Naruto confused, is why Tsunade isn't bothered by this news. After all, alone, Kakashi and Gai were strong enough... but together they were unstoppable, Konoha as one shudders at the thought.

I love all the seasons however adventure and 02 remain my steady favourites because everything was new with them :3 My favourite pairings are Daiari, Michi and Mimato
for me Tamers is tops (though Adventure is pretty much tied) followed by savers and then frontier. no offense but i hated 02. i have many reasons but the main one is them siding the originals for the newbies, plus they had a lot of safety nets. I prefer that the teams don't have anything much in the way of safety because it makes things more interesting, and to me it's the darker the better and i didn't get that from 02. i did love the dark ocean part though.
for me the pairings are Yakari (Matt and Kari - when older), Koukari (Kouji and Kari - fav crossover pairing), Michi, Takumi, and Rukato.
I'm actually not a fan of Daikari or Mimato unless it's only a close friendship but if you can handle reading some Koukari and Takumi (though they aren’t heavily romantic, as I don’t do heavy and the relationship developments are slow as I prefer them that way) I can handle reading some Mimato
